	Regency Healthcare Group is a community based healthcare provider who operates three established hospice brands:  - Regency Hospice, with locations in Georgia and South Carolina  - New Beacon Hospice, with locations in Alabama, and  - Avalon Hospice with locations in Tennessee and Missouri
	Gemino Healthcare Finance is a specialty healthcare lender providing senior debt to hospitals, long-term care, home health, rehabilitation, and other healthcare providers.
	Cinram Distribution Center is a 518,667 sq. ft. distribution and warehouse facility located in Nashville’s LaVergne submarket.
Past investments:
	BH1 provided the initial capital and board direction to grow HealthSpring (NYSE: HS) into one of the largest Medicare Advantage coordinated care plans offering extensive, affordable healthcare coverage for people on Medicare.
	Borders Distribution Center is a 564,300 sq. ft. distribution and warehouse facility located in Nashville’s LaVergne submarket.
	BH1 provided seed captial to Seaboard Health Care Search, a physician placement company designed to align staffing interests of physicians and healthcare service providers.
	BH1 founded nurse staffing business Angel Healthcare Staffing to serve middle Tennessee and gradually expanded to service Kentucky and Alabama markets. Angel was sold to Staff Station, LLC and continues to operate today.
